MONTAGNA IN VALTELLINA OF SONDRIO IN LOMBARDY

Montagna in Valtellina is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Sondrio in Lombardy, Italy.
The village is in the average Valtellina. The highest point of the communal territory is the peak of Pizzo Scalino (3323 m). The Davaglione torrent is a typical mountain creek that is born at the alpine alpine pastures above Mara's alpine pasture and crosses the village and flows into the Adda river on the Valtelline valley. Near the cemetery, the Davaglione forms the Pisaloccacon waterfall with a 20 m jump.
