GALL̀POLI
Galĺpoli "Pearl of the Ionian Sea", is an Italian town of 20,766 inhabitants in the province of Lecce in Puglia.
The city, Episcopalian center from the sixth century A.D., is located along the west coast of Salento, jutting out on the Ionian sea, and is divided into two areas:
